Crane Safety Certification Program

Safety in the workplace is a fundamental responsibility. The protection of employees, contractors, and assets must be treated with the highest priority. To support organizations in maintaining a safe, compliant, and efficient
working environment, HEITC B.V. offers a Certified Crane Safety Training Program, tailored to meet your
operational needs and industry requirements.

Training Overview

The Crane Safety Training Program consists of both theoretical instruction and hands-on practical training.
Training sessions are conducted on-site at your company, allowing participants to train using their own cranes
and workplace conditions, ensuring maximum relevance and effectiveness.

Duration & Structure

• Total Training Duration: 16 hours (combined theory and practical)
• Assessment: Written and practical examination
• Group Size:
    o Minimum: 4 participants
    o Maximum: 8 participants

Successful participants will receive a Crane Safety Certificate upon completion.

Crane and equipment inspection procedures
• Types of cranes, lifting devices, and accessories
• Environmental and workplace risk factors
• Load stability, load charts, and center of gravity
• Crane components and operating systems
• Safe lifting and rigging practices
• Workplace safety and hazard awareness
• Practical crane operation techniques
• And more

Experience

HEITC B.V. has successfully delivered Manlift and Heavy Equipment Safety Training to personnel from various
organizations, including:

Important Safety Note

Upon successful completion of operator certification, it is strongly recommended that the equipment itself is
also inspected and certified. A safe workplace requires both competent operators and mechanically sound
equipment.
HEITC B.V. also provides Annual Heavy Equipment Inspections to enhance safety, improve performance, and
prevent unexpected breakdowns.
